Are you actually ready to open your relationship?

Most couples thinking about ethical non-monogamy have done a lot of reading. They've talked about it. They feel excited — and also terrified. What they haven't done is sat down with someone who can ask the questions they don't know to ask.

The Relationship Readiness Evaluation

A 90-minute structured session for couples considering opening their relationship. I guide you through the conversations that matter — before you make agreements you're not ready for, before someone gets hurt, and before you realize halfway in that you never defined what "open" actually means for you two.

This isn't therapy. It's a working session. You come with your questions and your uncertainty. You leave with clarity — and a draft agreement in your own words.

Here's exactly what we work through:

2

Where you actually are. Not where you think you should be. I'll ask you both direct questions about your emotional readiness, your attachment styles, and what's driving the desire to open up — curiosity, pressure, avoidance, or genuine alignment.

What you're saying yes to. Most couples have a vague idea. We get specific — structures, boundaries, what happens if someone develops feelings, how you handle logistics when you're neurodivergent and need things spelled out clearly.

The questions you haven't thought to ask yet. After working with couples in ENM for years, I know where the gaps are. I'll walk you through them so nothing blindsides you three months in.

Your draft agreement. By the end of the session, you'll have a working document — your words, your terms, your relationship. Not a template. Not homework. Something you built together with guidance.

A clear next step. Whether that's moving forward, slowing down, or knowing you need more support — you'll leave knowing exactly what to do next.
