My Approach
My approach is collaborative and engaged. We look beneath surface behaviors to shift the patterns, not just understand them. You'll rarely leave a session in the same place you arrived. This work moves through insight, embodied practice, and trying different ways of relating in real time. It's a strong fit for clients willing to look closely at themselves and engage between sessions as well as during them.
I bring ten years of lived experience within kink and alternative relationship communities, so you're not walking in having to explain yourself from scratch. The nuance is already known. Already understood. Met without judgment.

Individual Therapy
$250
One on one sessions tailored to your specific presentation, patterns, and goals. No template: every client works differently.
Couples Therapy
$300
For Ethical Non monogamous, Polyamorous, kink dynamics, or any couple navigating complex relational territory together.
Payment and Insurance
I'm an out of network provider and don't bill insurance directly. This protects your privacy and keeps your treatment from being shaped by what insurance will or won't cover.
If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt with diagnosis and service codes that you submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50 to 80 percent of the session fee after a deductible is met. To find out what your plan covers, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask: "What are my out of network outpatient mental health benefits?"
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit and debit cards (kept on file) and Zelle.
