Kink Therapy for Adults Across CA
You’re worried something might be wrong, but it’s not.
Your heart is racing; the anticipation of the paddle gets you excited. And with the sting of the paddle striking your body, you’re in a place of euphoria. You’re enjoying yourself in this new world of kink, but under the surface, when the euphoria fades, you’re riddled with fear, shame, and guilt. You’re worried that something is wrong, you’re afraid that others will judge you if they know what you are into, and you’re saying or doing things you were told were immoral. Trying to fight the urges you suppress your sexual desires, only to have them creep up loudly, and it feels like you’re suffocating. There is something inside of you that needs to be let out, but you’re not sure how to express yourself because of the cycle of shame and guilt.
You’re caught between wanting to explore and feeling like you shouldn’t. Between the part of you that feels fully alive, and the part of you that’s afraid of what that might mean.
This is where our work begins.
Our work is grounded and personal—shaping the way you communicate, helping you stay anchored in your body, and giving you a clear path forward so you can express what’s true for you without losing yourself in the process.
I bring ten years of lived experience within kink and alternative relationship communities, alongside clinical training—so you’re not walking into a space where you have to explain or justify the nuance. It’s already known, already understood, and met without judgment.

Our work together begins with an open, honest conversation about your unique experiences, whether you're new to kink or have been exploring it for years.
In kink-affirming therapy, the goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and embrace your desires without shame or fear. Our work together begins with an open, honest conversation about your unique experiences, whether you're new to kink or have been exploring it for years.
We’ll discuss your interests, boundaries, and emotional needs, and address any concerns or challenges you may be facing—whether that’s navigating power dynamics, managing feelings of shame, or integrating kink into your relationships. Through our sessions, we'll focus on building healthy communication, understanding consent, and exploring the deeper emotional and psychological aspects of kink.
As we work together, you will:
-
Speak your desires clearly—without second-guessing or shutting down
-
Know how to initiate and navigate kink conversations with confidence
-
Feel grounded and in control during intense or vulnerable moments
-
Approach new experiences with a clear plan instead of uncertainty
-
Build relationships where you feel seen, understood, and met
-
Resolve internal conflict so your desires feel integrated, not divided
-
Trust your responses, your boundaries, and your choices
-
Express your sexuality in ways that feel intentional, safe, and fully yours
