Kinky and neurodivergent?
You're in the right place
A neurodivergent brain doesn't have fewer needs, it has different ones, and different is not lesser. And kink is often where the healing happens. Negotiated power, explicit consent, and real trust can be deeply healing.
Whether you are a neurodivergent adult worn out from masking your way through every room and also in therapy, a kinky person who has learned to hide your desires, a couple exploring Ethical Non Monogamy (ENM) or polyamorous partner caught in the same rupture, or a couple navigating BDSM and exploring power exchange, my clients leave the therapy session with structures and solutions that actually work.

Clients describe me as direct, unfiltered and knowledgeable
I show up as a whole person in our therapy sessions, not a blank screen. I'm direct. I won't clutch my pearls around sex, kink, power exchange, non monogamy, identity, the stuff you usually edit before it leaves your mouth. I take what you carry seriously. I also know how much laughter lives on the other side of finally dropping the act.
I know what it costs to look at your own patterns, unmask and question every story you were handed about who you're allowed to be and what you're allowed to want. I've done that work in my own life, my own therapy and my own relationships. It's an ongoing process.
I've lived it. I'm still living it. With the right person across from you, a space where you never have to translate yourself, things start to move. Usually before you expect them to.

Therapy that works
I bring ten years of lived experience, intensive clinical training and expertise.
You want to know you're working with someone who actually gets what it means to be neurodivergent, kinky, polyamorous, or all three in a world that often doesn't make room for you.
My training spans trauma informed care, kink, queer and gender expansive affirming care, ENM affirming practice, and neurodivergent affirming approaches, anchored in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and sex therapy. I've spent years working with clients who are queer, neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, trans, polyamorous, or living at the intersection of several. This is the work I do every week.
