​I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #139693) working with adults and couples who are done performing and ready to build lives that actually fit. I provide therapy for neurodivergent people navigating kink, ethical non monogamy, body image, and the relationships and identities they actually want.

My approach is experiential: real time relating, and practical tools designed for how your brain and life actually work. My clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, more connected to who they are, and equipped with real tools they can use, not just more insight about why they're stuck.​
