Hi, I'm Maya
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family and Sex Therapist (LMFT #139693), and I work with adults and couples who are done performing and ready to build lives that actually fit.
I became a therapist because I believe that people who have spent their whole lives being told they're too much, too different, or too complicated deserve a place where none of that is true. My clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, more connected, and more fully themselves — with real tools they can use, not just more insight about why they're stuck.
How I Can Help You
I'm a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent therapist. That means you don't have to explain yourself from scratch, justify your desires, or shrink who you are to be understood here. We start from a foundation of zero judgment and build from there with practical tools, real strategies, and an approach tailored to how your brain and life actually work.
Just show up. Book your first session and come as you are. No intake hoops, no preliminary calls. We get to work from the moment the session starts.
Each session, we dig into what's actually happening and build concrete tools: communication strategies, repair plans, shame resilience, and practical frameworks designed for your specific life.
Over time, you'll move through your relationships, your body, and your identity with more clarity, more confidence, and more freedom than when you started.
